Among other things, Ms. Hodgman has:  (i) led Enforcement’s Cross-Border Working Group;  (ii) co-founded and served as enforcement representative on the Chair’s Attorney Honors Program;  and, (iii) is a member of Enforcement’s hiring committee at its Washington D.C. HQ’s.

Before joining the SEC, Ms. Hodgman was an associate at Milbank, Tweed in Washington.  She earned her masters of law (in securities and financial regulation) as well as her law degree from Georgetown University Law, and her BS degree from Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
