Candidates Seeking to Serve on FINRA Board of Governors
At its Annual Meeting on August 28th, FINRA will be elect individuals to fill three vacant seats on its Board of Governors: (i) a Small Firm seat; (ii) a Mid-Size Firm seat; and, (iii) a Large Firm seat.
Here are the candidates, who either were nominated by the Nominating Committee ("FINRA NC") or submitted the requisite number of petitions in support of their nomination ("Nominee").
Large Firm Governor Candidate
