Suspension of New O'T Rules Raises Questions About Next Steps

The Department of Labor’s final rule updating overtime regulations, which would have automatically extended overtime pay to over 4 million workers, has been put on hold following a federal court injunction. While the Obama Administration is appealing this decision many employers are left to decide what to do next. Their decision is further complicated by the incoming new administration.
