Navigating Disruption: State of Internal Audit Profession - PwC Study

Another PwC survey - this one involving around 1,900 internal audit executives and stakeholders of internal audit.
The study found that 44% of respondents said internal audit contributed “significant value” - a good figure, but one that's down from 54% in 2016.
Only 7% consider internal audit to be a trusted advisor today, though 48% said they want internal audit to become a trusted advisor to the business in the next 5 years.
