Jeffrey Boujoukos is New Director of SEC Philadelphia Office

December 21, 2016

A Philadelphia guy, through and through.

The SEC named Jeffrey Boujoukos as Director of its Philadelphia Regional Office, where he will oversee enforcement and examinations in the Mid-Atlantic region. He succeeds Sharon Binger, who is leaving at year’s end.

Mr. Boujoukos joined SEC Enforcement in 2009 as Regional Trial Counsel, and was promoted to Associate Regional Director for Enforcement in Philadelphia in March 2014.

Mr. Boujoukos joined the SEC from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he was an associate and later a litigation partner in the Philadelphia office.  He graduated from Lehigh in 1989, and graduated with honors from Temple University School of Law in 1992.
