Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan said he’d have no problem if Congress conducted a Wells Fargo-type review on his bank.

Appearing on BloombergTV, Moynihan said BofA would be fine amidst the increased scrutiny of big bank's sales practices.

Bank of America focuses on rewarding the customer, rather than the salesperson, Moynihan said.  Conversely, some of the Wells Fargo employees who participated in the illegal sales practices did so in order to meet aggressive sales goals and to get rewarded,  The more business a customer does with the Bank of America, the better the reward, such as free checking, a better auto loan or an improved mortgage rate, Moynihan noted.

When asked about any internal review that BofA has conducted, Moynihan answered that the bank is comfortable and hasn’t found anything.  "But at the end of the day, we have to establish that to all of the people who look at it."
